At Flo Pilates, we want you to move with confidence and comfort. If your equipment or apparel doesn't perfectly support your practice, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original, unused condition.

Attach the Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
