How long does shipping take for heavy equipment like Reformers?
Standard shipping for our Pilates Reformers typically takes 7-14 business days. Smaller accessories and apparel are usually delivered within 3-5 business days.
What is your return policy on Pilates equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Large equipment must be in its original packaging and unused. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to Reformer returns.
Do your Pilates mats contain latex?
Our Flo Signature mats are 100% latex-free and made from eco-friendly, non-toxic TPE materials to ensure a safe workout for those with sensitivities.
Is assembly required for the Flo Home Reformer?
The Flo Home Reformer arrives 90% pre-assembled. You will only need to attach the risers and shoulder rests using the included toolkit, which takes approximately 15 minutes.
